A Soundbath aimed to help those people who suffer from ADHD and anxiety

A soundbath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that offers both mind and body therapeutic and restorative practices. If your ADHD makes sitting in silence feel like a chore, let the sound do the work for you. This immersive experience uses low-frequency vibrations to anchor your racing thoughts, giving your brain a single, soothing point of focus. No techniques to learn, no focus to maintain—just lie down and let the waves of sound bypass your analytical 'overthinking' brain and soothe your nervous system directly.

The event will take place in the German Kindergarden, 1 Corry Drive, Brixton, London, SW98QS.

Book tickets here on Eventbrite.
